Privacy policy
Information on the processing of your data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR
This website presents the ITN Marina Management QR System. It works without tracking, analytics services or external content. We only process personal data when you write to us – and to the extent technically necessary when pages are requested.
1. Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is:
IT Service Nietzsch, owner Jens Nietzsch, Borlinghausener Str. 11a, 34439 Willebadessen, Germany.
Phone: +49 5646 943168, e-mail: info@marina-management.de
We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer. For any question regarding data protection, please use the contact details above.
2. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).
Where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you may object to that processing (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the address above is sufficient; we reply within the statutory periods.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is operated at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
When a page is requested, the server automatically processes data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and where applicable the previously visited page.
Purpose: secure, trouble-free operation and defence against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning website). Retention: logs are deleted after seven days at the latest. They are not merged with other data and are not evaluated in relation to your person.
4. Contact form, e-mail and telephone
If you write to us using the form, we process the data you provide: name and e-mail address (mandatory) and, voluntarily, organisation, telephone number and the content of your message. The same applies to enquiries by e-mail or telephone.
Purpose: answering your enquiry and, if you wish, preparing a business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation at the address you provided, quoting your message. The enquiry itself reaches us by e-mail; it is not stored on the web server.
To protect against automated submissions, the form contains a field invisible to you, a simple arithmetic question and a limit on requests per session. No additional personal data arises from this.
Retention: we delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention periods apply – for business correspondence these are up to six or ten years under German commercial and tax law.
Providing the data is neither required by law nor by contract. However, without a name and e-mail address we cannot answer your enquiry.
5. Cookies and language choice
This website uses technically necessary cookies only: a session cookie (PHP session) that enables protection of the contact form and remembers your language choice. It contains no personal content and is deleted at the latest when you close your browser.
We do not set cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising. No consent is required for technically necessary cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
6. No analytics, no tracking, no external content
We use no web analytics (neither Matomo nor Google Analytics), no tracking, no advertising networks, no social media plug-ins and no embedded maps or videos on this website.
Fonts, icons and images are hosted on our own server. While visiting this site your browser does not connect to any third party, and no data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
7. Recipients of your data
Your data is not sold and not passed on for advertising purposes. Access is limited to our hosting and e-mail provider as processor (ALL-INKL.COM, Germany) and – where legally required – authorities.
Should your enquiry lead to an order, separate agreements apply to the further cooperation; we will inform you about them in good time.
8. Linked websites
These pages link to marina-management.de (the full ITN Marina Management edition). Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies; we have no influence on its content or data processing.
9. Data security
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS), which you can recognise by the padlock in your browser's address bar. In addition, we take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access, and adapt them continuously to the state of the art.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever data processing on this website changes – for example when features are added. The version published here always applies.
